Ein Schlüsselaspekt unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie ist die zunehmende Verwendung von RPET (recyceltes PET) als Material. RPET ist eine der wirtschaftlichsten und am häufigsten verwendeten Formen des Plastik-Recyclings in der Textil- und Accessoire-Branche. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Verfahren, die sich auf die Sammlung leerer PET-Flaschen konzentrieren, fokussieren wir uns auf die Wiederverwertung von Produktionsabfällen aus der Plastikherstellung. Diese Abfälle werden gesammelt, geschreddert und dann zu Plastikgranulat weiterverarbeitet. Dieses recycelte Granulat wird anschließend zu RPET-Garn oder Folie verarbeitet, die in einer breiten Palette von Produkten wie Verpackungen, Kleidung, Rucksäcken und Taschen verwendet werden.
Durch die Nutzung von Produktionsabfällen schließen wir den Kreislauf und tragen zur Reduzierung des Plastikmülls und zur Ressourceneffizienz bei, ohne die Qualität und Funktionalität unserer Produkte zu beeinträchtigen.
