The management and JÜSCHA have a long-standing, trusting relationship with many production partners. The aspect of "partnership" is very important and it pays off in consistent quality and a social working environment. We have been working with the majority of our partners for more than 15 years, and with some of them for over 30 years. JÜSCHA has an almost family-like relationship with the long-standing production sites in India and China in particular, which is now being continued into the second generation.

Continuity is also ensured by the fact that around 70 per cent of the product range remains largely unchanged on average over 2-3 years. We only optimise minor details in terms of design or functionality. In addition to this range, we present new items every year. This approach means more stability, planning security and trust for our production partners. Looking to the future together is also an incentive to commit to a good and humane working environment in the production plants and to protecting the environment.
